Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.
WARRANTY
LanderPage does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages, as delivery depends on your wireless provider’s network. We are not liable for delays, errors, or message delivery failures.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide is used only to send SMS alerts and manage your subscription.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, or protect our interests.
By signing up, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in service termination or legal action.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or our Privacy Policy will be resolved through arbitration in Michigan before a single arbitrator under JAMS rules.
• Claims over $250,000: JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules
• Claims $250,000 or less: JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules
The arbitration will be governed by Michigan substantive law. Arbitration costs will be split equally.
All arbitration must be conducted on an individual basis—no class or representative actions are permitted.
The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding and may be confirmed in any court with jurisdiction.
MISCELLANEOUS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that no conflicting agreements apply.
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary while the remainder remains valid.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
