Welcome to LanderPage.io! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LanderPage.io website (the “Site”) and the services provided through the Site (the “Services”). 

 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSEDLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITE OR OUR SERVICES. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 02/14/2025. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LanderPage.io, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services. The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with LanderPage.io, located in 4370 Chicago Drive SW Suite 118 Grand Rapids, MI 49418, and our subsidiaries and affiliates in association with the use of The Landerpage.io website, https://landerpage.io/ which includes  (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below. 

  1. Description of Services

LanderPage.io provides a platform that allows users to create, design, and publish landing pages (“Pages”) for various purposes. Our Services include templates, hosting, customization tools, and analytics. 

Any and all visitors to our website shall be deemed as “users” of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. 

The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications, and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of LanderPage.io. At its discretion, LanderPage.io may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services, and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. LanderPage.io does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user, acknowledge, and accept and agree that LanderPage.io shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, modified, or revised terms, you must stop using the provided Services. 

Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided “AS IS” and as such LanderPage.io shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timelines, missed delivery, deletion, and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalized settings. 

  1. User Responsibilities

3.1. Account Creation: You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information updated. 

3.2. Content: You are responsible for all content that you create, upload, or publish using our Services. You must have the necessary rights to use and publish this content. 

3.3. Prohibited Content: You may not use our Services to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. 

  1. Fees and Payment

4.1. Free and Paid Services: We offer both free and paid versions of our Services. Paid Services may be subject to additional terms and fees, which will be disclosed to you before you purchase. 

4.2. Payment: If you purchase a paid Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account, including applicable taxes. 

  1. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: LanderPage.io and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and Services, including all intellectual property rights. 

5.2. License: By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LanderPage.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. 

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
